Test the fit before making a long-term commitment — hire with confidence.

Contract-to-Hire is a staffing model where a professional is initially placed on a temporary contract with a mutual understanding that the role may convert to a permanent position after a defined evaluation period. This model gives both the employer and the candidate the opportunity to assess compatibility — in terms of skills, work style, and cultural fit — before making a long-term commitment.
At Asamanta Technologies, we structure Contract-to-Hire engagements carefully to protect both parties and ensure that the transition from contract to permanent is smooth, well-informed, and mutually beneficial.
The professional begins working with your organization under a contract arrangement — typically ranging from 3 to 6 months. During this period, they are employed through Asamanta Technologies, which handles all payroll, benefits administration, and compliance requirements. You pay an agreed hourly or weekly rate and can focus entirely on evaluating performance.
The contract phase serves as an extended, real-world interview. You observe how the professional integrates with your team, handles challenges, and delivers results in your specific environment. This goes far beyond what any traditional interview process can reveal and dramatically increases the likelihood of a successful permanent hire.
At the end of the contract period, you have the option to convert the contractor to a permanent employee. If both parties agree, we facilitate the transition with a conversion fee that accounts for our placement investment. If the fit is not right, the engagement simply concludes — with no long-term obligation on either side.
Bad hires are costly — in time, money, and team morale. Contract-to-Hire significantly reduces this risk by giving you firsthand, extended experience with a candidate before committing. Our clients consistently report higher retention rates and greater hiring satisfaction with Contract-to-Hire placements compared to traditional direct hires.
